How do I book?
Choose an experience, pick a date, package and number of travelers, then tap “Book now”. Enter your contact details and pay securely. After successful payment, your voucher is available in My bookings and sent by email.
How do I use my voucher?
Show the QR code from your confirmation email or from My bookings on your phone at the meeting point. No printing needed.
Can I cancel?
Many experiences offer free cancellation. Open My bookings, choose the booking and tap “Cancel booking”. If you are inside the free cancellation window, you can request a refund under the package policy. The booking page shows its status.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. TourCheapo never sees or stores your full card number.
I run tours. Can I sell them here?
Yes! Apply on our partner page. After approval you can list your experiences, manage availability and get paid for every booking.
